Join us for a very informative IAUG meeting!

Mutare will be presenting courtesy of Meridian IT on their Voice Spam Filter and we will have Avaya on site talking about Avaya Cloud Solutions. If you are interested on how to tackle annoying spam calls or if you are exploring whether the cloud is right for you, you won't want to miss these presentations!

Mutare Voice Spam Filter

Defend against voice spam and filter voice calls to the enterprise to reduce interruptions and shelter contact centers from spam calls.  Mutare Voice suppresses the message notification for the calls that go to voicemail, filtering to stop calls before they transfer into an extension. Valid calls go through while blacklisted and robocalls are redirected to a recording or simply dropped.

Agenda:

10:30 - 11:00 - Welcome and tech tips

11:00 - 12:00 - Mutare on SPAM Solution - Andrew Reynolds - Mutare Regional Vice President
