Join us for the next Tennessee chapter meeting hosted at the Nashville Technology Council. This meeting is all about us, Avaya customers. Let’s talk shop!
This will be a customer only meeting, but you do not need to be an IAUG member to register. Regular meetings with both customers and partners will resume next time. We look forward to seeing you there!
Topics to Discuss:
• How do you handle work at home agents? What kind of solution do you have deployed? How well does it work? What don’t you like about it? Are you looking for a new solution?
• Have you migrated to Aura 8.x or still on 7.x? Looking to move version or staying put till Avaya goes EOL on it? For 8.x users, first impressions? How does it compare to 7.x?
• Initial thoughts on the recent Avaya – Ring Central partnership announced. Are you excited or concerned by this? How do you expect this to impact your organization?
