About Our Speaker: 

Tim Gogal is an Entrepreneurial Leader, Strategic Thinker, Cultural Change Agent, Anthropologist, Ethnologist, & Service Design Strategist.  He is a corporate sales leader within Avaya’s US theater who leads a successful Sales & Consulting practice focused on driving sales within Avaya’s, US markets.  His primary account efforts focus on redefining what customer service is in today’s ecosystem of ever-changing business models.
